Daniel Rohregger

“I check every agent idea that arrives here myself.”

Who I am

I am the founder of Copilot Coaching. Since 2022 I have worked full-time with Microsoft 365 Copilot, as a coach, speaker and host of the podcast “365 Checkpoint” (in German). My focus is Copilot Studio and agents that run in everyday work. What drives me: in most companies, Copilot is not explained too little, it is used too little. On LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube I share what I learn along the way.

In coaching I do not sit in front of a slide deck, but in front of your real task: a prompt, an agent, an automation. That is how I have worked with more than 20 clients since 2022, from one-on-one coaching with executives to training for whole IT departments.

Appearances

Microsoft has recognized me as a Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. I speak at conferences and community meetups, and since 2024 there have been more than 35 appearances. I am on Sessionize’s “Most Active Speakers” list for 2024 and 2025.

My talks of the last months are about agents: “Copilot Agent Management: So bekommst du deine Agents in den Griff” at the M365 Summit in Mainz in October 2026, “Der Copilot Agent-Readiness Blueprint” at Infinity 365 in Salzburg and “Agent Army for Project Managers” at the European Collaboration Summit in Cologne. At Microsoft Ignite 2025 in San Francisco I presented “Agent-ready in 30 days”.

How I check

Agent-Architekt is the short form of all this. You describe your idea, I check whether it can be built in Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Autopilot or Copilot Cowork, and tell you how.

How I check: AI services write the first draft of the result. Then I read every line, add to it, and release the result only when I can stand behind it. What I cannot stand behind, I do not send out. I send you the finished result myself by email, with reasons. I check on paper: I do not build or test the agent in your environment, and I do not give legal advice. I answer questions about the process at info@copilot-coaching.de.
