Agent-Architektby Copilot Coaching

Have your agent idea checked, before you build it.

The free pre-check shows you in three minutes whether your idea is feasible in principle in Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Autopilot or Cowork, and which points are still open. For €27, experts then check it by hand, not just an AI. You get the result within three business days. The pre-check and the result are in German.

What is a feasibility check for Copilot Studio?

A feasibility check tells you, before you build anything, whether your agent idea can be built with Copilot Studio or another Microsoft Copilot platform. You get a written verdict with the open points, the licenses you need, a proposal for the setup and an estimate of the effort. You take the free pre-check in three minutes. The comparison of Agent Builder and Copilot Studio and the overview of Chat, Cowork and Autopilot (in German) on copilot-coaching.de explain the difference between the platforms.

PlatformFits when …
Copilot Studioyou want to build agents, AI workflows or AI apps and connect them to data and processes.
Microsoft 365 Copilot with Agent Builderthe agent should be used directly in Microsoft 365 Copilot chat and be available to many people on the team.
Copilot Autopilot (preview)a personal agent in Microsoft 365 should keep working on its own. It is still a preview.
Copilot Coworktasks should be completed independently across several steps.

How it works

You do the first three steps yourself, in about ten minutes. Then the experts take over. Concept and build are optional. You get an offer for them after the result.

You see right away whether it works.

After the pre-check you get a first assessment right away. You get one of three answers: “Feasible in principle”, “Feasible in principle, with open points” or “Feasible, but with serious concerns”. You also see which points are open, how big your idea is, and the first three follow-up questions an expert will settle with you.

The answers to these follow-up questions and how to settle the points are in the result of the feasibility check. Experts work that out by hand for you. The real pre-check and result are in German; this example is shown in English.

Your first assessmentExample: Recognize invoices in the mailbox, file them in SharePoint and suggest a booking.

Feasible in principle. We found 3 points to settle.

These points should be settled before anything is built.

What we found

  • Licensing

Which licenses you need is still unclear. Your result says what you need and roughly what it costs.

    See follow-up question 1

  • Costs

Your agent uses Copilot Credits. Without available credits or pay-as-you-go billing it will not run, and the build can quickly become difficult. Your result calculates how many you need.

    See follow-up question 2

  • Data

The SharePoint MCP can only create small text files. Large documents need additional connectors.

An expert settles these follow-up questions with you

You see the first three here. All the others, with answers, are in the result.

  1. Which licenses are already in place, and who manages them?
  2. How many tasks should the agent handle per month, and who sets up billing?
  3. How big and what kind are the files the agent should store in SharePoint?

An expert settles further follow-up questions after payment.

Agent for incoming invoices at a tax firm

Answer

Feasible in principle. We found 3 points to settle. An agent in Copilot Studio reads new emails with invoices, files them in SharePoint and suggests a booking.

How to settle the open points
  • LicensingThe agent needs a Copilot Studio permission. Your Microsoft 365 licenses cover the mailbox and SharePoint.
  • CostsWith about 300 invoices a month, pay-as-you-go billing is enough. Your IT sets it up in Azure.
  • DataInvoices are PDFs and larger than a text file. An additional connector is needed for that.
Follow-up questions and effort

We will go through more than 10 follow-up questions with you. Setup in two to three days.

Frequently asked questions

See all questions

Is this just an AI check?

No. The pre-check is automatic: fixed rules evaluate your answers, and an AI reads your description. That gives you a first assessment right away, and it costs nothing. Experts do the feasibility check by hand. A first draft is written with AI, but a person reviews and completes every line before it reaches you.

What does it cost?

The pre-check is free. The feasibility check costs €27. For businesses in Germany including 19% VAT (€22.69 net), for businesses in other countries without German VAT. After the result you can get the concept and call for €390 net, also plus VAT.

Which Microsoft products do you check agent ideas for?

Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot (with Agent Builder), Copilot Autopilot (preview) and Copilot Cowork. If you do not know yet which platform fits, say so in the pre-check. If a combination fits better, the result says so. For an overview of Chat, Cowork and Autopilot, see the comparison on copilot-coaching.de (in German).

What may I enter?

Describe your idea, not your customers or employees: no names, contact details, customer data or passwords. AI services process your description: for the pre-check a language model from Microsoft, and for drafting the result also Anthropic, Mistral and OpenAI. We do not feed in your name, email or company, and the providers do not use your input for training. More in the privacy policy (in German).

When do I get the result?

Within three business days after your payment and your details have arrived. If we are at a conference during that time, it takes a little longer. You see the date before you pay.

What is in the result of the feasibility check?

You get a written document by email with our verdict on whether and how your idea can be built. It includes the open points with our answers to the follow-up questions, a proposal for the setup, the licenses we think you need, and an estimate of the effort. The short concept for your agent is included.
